R3-MYDAS
The objective of the R3-MYDAS Project is to accelerate the transition of manufacturing industries towards more sustainable and circular models. The project presents three demonstration cases focused on the remanufacturing, reuse and recycling of oil and gas components, electric vehicle batteries and wind turbine gearboxes.
Ziknes develops digital solutions to automate and optimize oil and gas crankshaft repair processes to set new environmentally and economically sustainable standards in the industry.
NETWORKS4VALUE
The objective of the REDES4VALUE project focuses on the recycling of fishing nets extracted from coastal areas to obtain high value-added products through the use of technologies such as mechanical recycling, reactive extrusion and chemical recycling.
These products include high quality PA6 and co-polyamides that meet technical specifications, PA6-derived formulations adapted to process film by blown film extrusion, injected parts for automotive or consumer goods, as well as items manufactured by large-format 3D printing.
Valencia Innovation Capital
Ziknes has developed a robotic system for 3D printing of sustainable urban furniture using recycledmaterials . The objective has been to use this technology for the possible development of furniture for buildings and public spaces in Valencia using new recycled-based materialsfrom garbage or waste.
For this, a special extruder has been developed extruder has been developed for the processing of material recycled material, coupled a a arm robotic arm, the which allows the creation of large parts.
